Can't one Intel employee just tell us the straight dope? It's not like benefits are a state secret from the public. I don't work for or invest in Intel, because I'm smart enough to find it through Google: intel.com. ############## I figured there is always someone on the board who's time is the least valuable who would go and do the work for me to find the info. The terms you are looking for is 'top heavy' plans and the reason your comment is invalid is because there are caps on ANY employee contribution that fall wells short of your idea of the owner setting himself up for life.
