Can't one Intel employee just tell us the straight dope? It's not like benefits are a state secret from the public.

On your other post, you don't really know what you are talking about (too busy holding up bloody abortion pics in front of Jr. Highs?). The terms you are looking for is 'top heavy' plans and the reason your comment is invalid is because there are caps on ANY employee contribution that fall wells short of your idea of the owner setting himself up for life. Couldn't you have googled this too?? LOL
