How can he guarantee that no innocent people are tortured? I am sure for some innocent people they would rather be killed quickly rather than to endure torture. What is the ratio of innocent people to guilty people being tortured? The supreme court had to stop the administration from suspending the rights of American citizens their day in court. Many of the people that support your cause also believe that under some circumstances, some American citizens should be denied their day in court. Did OBL really think he could win in a war against us? Or was he hoping to leverage his attacks on us, by having some "American" people of a particular mind set, do the horrible things to us, on our own?
