> Moore is as much a terrorist as bin Laden IMO.

The point is that he does inflict a kind of terror on innocent Americans. True, he doesn't seem on the brink of going postal. But this kind of pseudo-documentary does spread fear amongst the American people. Many of whom are young or inexperienced and don't know that you have to understand the guy is a known liar. If you don't know that you really may conclude that Bush is another Hitler out to end freedom as we know it.

First of all, the film is rated R.......so the youngest will be 18. Z is 23 and seems to be okay with it. I went to school with 18 and 19 year olds for the past three quarters. One's a computer geek.....he's coming over to work on my PC sometime in the next week. I will ask him what he or his friends think about it.

Frankly, I think the guys from 19-21 won't think much one way or the other. I suspect they will be more amused than anything else. This is the MTV generation at its strongest.......it takes a lot to phase them.

Those over 21 to whom I've talked......tend to be outraged and not scared.

It isn't the same kind of physical terror we saw on 9/11, but it does represent a lesser form, kind of an emotional terror.

It is pretty damned bad, whatever it is.

You haven't seen the film. It sounds to me like you've exaggerated its impact. However, I don't know for sure because I haven't seen it either.

Isn't that what Ashcroft and Ridge do, with talks of "safe rooms" and the rainbow of homeland security?
