No.Timing the end of a bubble is very hard.The only thing I have seen is when people start acting insane and the asset becomes something else to everyone you are closer to the end than the begining. For instance by 1980 I kept hearing that gold was no longer a commodity but something more special.

I did recognize in 1983 that 1980 was the end of the inflation phase and bought a lot of bonds.

More like we have a cold dark winter night and the Fed has huge lights and heaters hooked up to a giant battery.When the battery runs out... :-)
