Do you think drug prices outpaced inflation from 1992-2001 while clinton was in office?

<<The jump was one of the sharpest quarterly spikes since 2000, the report said>>

You realize clinton was in office until July 20, 2001 don't you?

The point being do you blame the president or the drug companies for being greedy. Bush and Clinton don't set the prices and the US pays the most of any country on earth for its medicines.

Knowing that I'm not sure its fair to finger Bush for the greed on an industry that has been out of control since the early 90's.
