I think we all, including Bill Clinton, have emphasized that we all agree that if Saddam had WMDs he needed to be taken out. The debate we are having is about the President and the reponsibilities of the Presidency. <font color=red>The American people expect their President to use his/her leadership skills to make the appropriate determination of when to strike and how to strike and plan also that after the strike what do we do.

<font color=black>Has Bush succeeded on any of those. Kerry could not force Bush to decide on a timeline. That timeline is something Bush and only Bush decides "provided he has the OK from the Congress". he did get the OK from the Congress, didn't her. He goofed on the timing, the planning, he thought he did not need any help from anybody. He proceeded in a "cowboy fashion"

And now he looks like a clown visiting the international meetings such as G8, NATO summit etc. etc. He is subject of ridicule. He has nothing to show to those leaders. The message those world leaders are giving to him "We told you so."
