There's an old quote that my memory doesn't allow me to give proper credit to: For justice to be served, it must not only be served, it must be seen to be served. In Afghanistan, it was seen to be served. In Iraq it is not. When the Administration began it's term, it objected to the persecution of the Chechnya Muslims by Russia. When the Administration wanted the support of Putin, the Chechnya Muslims became terrorists. Nothing changed other than the Muslims became dispensibile for the objective of obtaining Putin's support. It's hard to see how justice was served. jttmab
