The semis show no such bottom. And they show no such bottom while showing good volume. And again, the disconnect between tech and non-tech has to resolve one way or the other, and so far non-tech is not saying "we'll move up."

On the dow, it's just a blip until 10300 is taken out, I think. But at this rate, that'll be before I eat breakfast!
