That's untrue..he's put the big boyz from Pfiezer and LILY in charge of MOST of his "grand" plans....primarily the entire AIDS for AFRICA program which is a COMPLETE AND UTTER LIE!
As usual he promises Billions and gives pennies after YEARS when he broadcasts his lies as part of the State of the Union address....which of course were primarily LIES about Osama, Freedom, and Weapons of Mass Distraction
