money, $3M Series A preferred were cancelled. Roca bought the remaining 1 million preferred from Wilson. The $1M preferred shares are equivalent to 100M common and give Roca total control of the company. I suspect all previous consultants, officers, etc have already dumped their stock. IMO The news is just a rerun of an MOU press release. If you read between the lines, the $8 million contract is conditional upon approval AND IMO the $1.8 million would not be forthcoming if the approval is not granted. I have a friend, US citizen, employed by Saudi military for the last 20 years. I emailed him the original MOU -- he could not find ANYTHING to support the press release. The bottom line is: + I truly believe this is a scam. Stock continues to rotate from one scammer to the next. + All current and prior management (and I use the word loosely) have a track record that screams SCAM. + The development plan and products are (IMO) obsolete, lousy software or non-existent. + I have not seen one press release on new business, products, MOU, LOI, JVs, etc. that has materialized or even sounded reasonable. All press releases have to scrutinized in great detail. + If you can afford and want to play at the pump and dump game that's fine. NO one should drop a cent on this POBC* unless they do it knowing the money is going down the tubes if they try to hold the stock! I started this board to try and keep a clean slate of PRs & SEC filings on this POBC. There is a Raging Bull KWNS board that is filled with shills and pumpers that is almost unreadable unless you put the hypsters on Ignore. It is so full of attacks on me that many say it is the "Merryfield Board". There is a poster, fundrunner1, who IMO is a plant based on his arrival date and what appears to be inside info.
