Agreed. But how to you tame management, when it's management that's in charge? It's like the U.S. senators. They don't care about fixing social security because they have their own plan that's separate. If they were in the same boat as the rest of us, then they'd fix it. Same with U.S. corporate management. The B.O.D. isn't holding them accountable or paying them reasonable compensation. They sit on those boards and collect their own options and salary for doing nothing but lending their good names to the company's "oversight". So it's collusion at its worst. I don't see any quick fixes here.
