He spreads lies and hostile propaganda about our country abroad because he wants to hurt the war on terror and harm our nation's security. In his latest film, he tried to get people to believe we went to war in Afghanistan over a pipeline deal instead of Afghanistan's giving haven to terrorists which had murdered 3000 of our countrymen. That is a manifest lie. And the purpose of the lie is to hurt the war on terror which he explicitly opposed from the beginning and harm America's security. His works have been cited as justifications for ant-Americanism by hostile foreign terror groups including Hezbollah, which is helping to get the film distributed in the Middle East, and by the defense counsel for the Bali bomber ringleader. He also has explicitly expressed his support for the forces we are fighting in Iraq now: "The Iraqis who have risen up against the occupation are not `insurgents' or `terrorists' or `The Enemy.' They are the REVOLUTION, the Minutemen, and their numbers will grow — and they will win."
