I had the 50 so must have diabetes thing. Took one pill and went into low blood sugar shock after a big meal. A few years later I went to the clinic for shoulder problems and a growth next to my eye. The growth next to my eye I was told to ignore was cancer that took a 4 hour operation to remove. Shoulder problem, exercise more. Torn rotator cuff. Then he wanted me to start injecting insulin. I said no and he sent me to a diabetes specialist who said I didn't have diabetes. Wife still hasn't forgiven me as she could have been a wealthy widow.
