Here is what my response yesterday to a PM questioning me on what is next: - we are near a short-term top here so we could see a strong sell-off by the end of next week. - we are close to an intermediate peak... but I think the peak will only come after the short-term sell-off mentioned above. - interestingly, the intermediate top will probably be marked by a strong, emotional move up over 10,600 even as high as 11,000. - in Late July and possibly early August, I expect a strong move off the peak and a short-term bottom in the 10,000 area. - markets will try to recover the high ground in September but October will mark a strong move down, possibly below 9,000 on the DOW-30 industrials. And it may go much, much lower if everyone hits the exists! (all the caveats apply including BWDIK?)
