It was hyping a treatment for erectile disfunction that had poor efficacy, a high probability of adverse side effects, and never stood a chance in the market place against drugs like Viagra. Plus, the drug being used in the product was a generic compound that had been around for years. Not surprisingly, the FDA shot it down. They hyped their stock price based on weak clinic data and sold the "story" using multiple hyped up press releases.
