That is not the point. The fact that they are not even allowing weary troops to rest shows that our troops are stretched thin. Even if we don't implement the rest of the PNAC strategy and confine ourselves to Iraq, we need 300K soldiers or more to hold Iraq together. IOW, there will be a draft (after the elections, of course)
