I have seen the different tax numbers when one parcel falls into two (up to 4) sections of land...

i.e. the one parcel could end up with at least two tax id numbers...

but the bureaucrats have awoken to such fact by having you go through 'sub-division reviews' ... yes, you could get exempted from zoning and or plat map 'review'... but then they get you on the health dept. review (you know, sanitarium, septic tanks and such shit -g)... you are exempted in one but not the other...

the problem is population growth... (which ironically... is what avoids real estate from truly falling off the edge of the planet)...

btw... I gave you that link for Loopnet, make sure you spend some time in it, it really is a superb resource tool to find good properties. I am NOT affiliated with them in any shape way or form.
