there are definitely fears about inventory built up. if inventory truly is building up in the channel somewhere, the damage is 2-fold. 1) the good revenues last qtr was not all to the end users. imply slowing demand. 2) the coming qtr has to slow down so to digest the inventory. we shall see. the best scenario would be, from a trading perspective, they correct some more, till the prices have built in the fear and earnings come out ok. i hope to see further weakness that makes earning plays less risky.
