Another thing, if all prophecy is fulfilled, isn't satan supposed to be cast into the lake of fire? Why is he still able to control ungodly men? Better yet, why are his(satan's) intentions still being carried out? Isn't all supposed to be perfect?

Surely you can see that all is not yet fulfilled Emile.
