I'll bet Kerry 1.5 didn't run on a "misery index."

In any case, the very idea of a "misery index" is so stupid.

you are aware Kerry changed Carter's formula for the misery index?

If you use Carter's misery formula Bush looks pretty good. No wonder Kerry changed it.

The misery index has been around longer than Kerry.

But the misery index is low and shows Bush in a very good light. No wonder that Kerry invented his own definition of misery index.
