Of course that is all Kerry has. He approves what Bush accomplished, just not how he done it.

Nixon should have not broken the law. And, yes, when he chose to expand the war to other countries, he should have asked the people, by getting Congressional authorization.

You mean like Clinton did when he attacked Yugoslavia?

Nixon didn't expand the war to other countries. The Vietnamese communists did that when they used those countries as staging areas and resupply routes.
