does it seem strange to anyone besides me that our president has not suggested to us that we should attempt to restrict our use of petroleum products as a conservation measure? ...or suggest to congress that they offer incentives to the development of alternative energy sources? maybe he's too busy to think of it. yes. that must be it. he's awfully busy.
