JDN,
My, my, my - you went back past into the history. We are talking about developments after dumbya joined office, AFTER pakistan was declared an ally. Remember the speech EITHER YOU ARE WITH US OR AGAINST US. Where do you suppose is Pakistan going to be in this equation?

I was pointing that I forewarned you about this to be coming. Priorities priorities and Priorities. US foreign policies seem to have an effect of shooting ourselves in the foot regardless of who is in power.

Talking about India and Pakistan together, India has no reason to be nuclear (even though China with whom India fought a war, is nuclear). With United States arming pakistan to its teeth during soviet invasion of Afghanistan (ostensibly to fight soviets, which Pakistan diverted to build up arsenal against India).

BTW: We don't have to fear Pakistan and it's rulers but we do have to fear Pakistani nukes mainly because there is always the possibility of terrorists getting their hands on them. Plus you already know their history of proliferating nukes.
Remember the words Dick aka FY Cheney - MUSHROOM CLOUDS.
