I certainly agree with you on proliferation, but I dont know the answer. Today, its almost easy to create a rudimentary atomic bomb if one can get his hands on the materials. As to Iran, at least on the SURFACE it looks like the UN is serious about trying to stop them. Like anything else though, unless there is the threat of force and not just a lot of huffing and puffing it isnt gonna work. USA cannot carry THIS BURDEN alone. We will be tied up in Iraq for at least another year. jdn
