I have to believe the Palestinians are mere Pawns of other governments, Saddam was one of the backers, Iran is another. Israel and the USA have over the years given the Palestinians plenty of reasons to call it off and form their own country. I truly believe many of the Arab governments want things just as they are to keep the Israelis occupied and to keep the minds of their disenchanted peoples on Israel and the USA rather then on their own sorry leadership. IF we are successful in Iraq and the Iraqi's benefit greatly this would be a MAJOR step toward wisening up the PEOPLES. jdn
