WOW!!!!! Possible rebound from Rapitva doesn't sound so bad after you read this. I hope physicians are fully informing patients before placing them on Enbrel. Notice she was taking 2 times a week Enbrel, is that the DOUBLE dose, TWICE what is used for rheumatoid arthritis in order to get good response in Psoriasis?>>>>>>http://www.talkaboutsupport.com/group/alt.support.skin-diseases.psoriasis/messages/89374.html

Bob, can you imagine the first question asked in a possible Enbrel lawsuit, Doctor did you have your patient try Raptiva BEFORE placing your patient on Enbel for Psoriasis? What I am getting at Bob is that a physician is obligated to use the safer less toxic therapy first. Yes sir, Raptiva, THE LIGHT TOUCH. Don't need no heavy handed anti-tnf for Psoriasis.

Bob, did you listen to Serono's last conference call in regard to Raptiva? If you did, you know how much they plan to spend promoting Raptiva in 2004. I am still trying to bum a ride on someone's private jet for the July 7th Serono fete in Geneva.

From that article in my last post.>>>>>>>>Solomon—with cocounsel at Weitz and Luxembourg in New Jersey—has filed 21 suits in state court in Middlesex, New Jersey, dealing with Remicade and Enbrel. The cases involve myriad medical problems associated with the drugs, including TB, sepsis, MS, lupus, and death. The defendants are the manufacturers and marketers of the drugs—for Remicade, Centocor Inc., Johnson & Johnson, and Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical, Inc.; for Enbrel, Amgen Inc., Immunex Corp., Immunex Manufacturing, Wyeth, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (See, e.g., Mire v. Amgen, Inc., No. L-4063-03 (N.J., Middlesex County Super. Ct. filed May 30, 2003); Funk v. Centocor, Inc., No. MID-L-7645-03 (N.J., Middlesex County Super. Ct. filed Oct. 22, 2003).)<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Here you have it folks!!!! Straight from the horse's mouth!!! What is strange though they act like IF you know the mechanism of ENBREL somehow it excuses it??? The healthcare provider says....Sorry fellow that Enbrel may have worsened your MS BUT this is how I think Enbrel may have done the damage!!!! Now, do you feel any better?? Next question, do you have time and money for me to check you for Lymphoma?? How about a TB test??? While you are here might as well check for any infections!!! BTW, the physician says, looks like ALL your Psoriasis isn't clearing, how about we DOUBLE that dose of Enbrel and see what happens???? Do you FEEL LUCKY?? Patient then suddenly asks why Raptiva wasn't tried first!!!!! Make sure to read the last paragraph.>>>>>>http://www.nationalmssociety.org/Clinup-Necrosis_Factor.asp
