I couldn't agree with you more regarding the fundamental self-centeredness of Bush supporters and, for that matter, Republicans generally.

I have searched endlessly for that Walt Kelly cartoon of Pogo meeting the enemy. If someone could help me find it I would be very beholding. Thanks.
