If you watched his interview on the Today show (with Matt Lauer I believe) you'd notice that he has trouble speaking coherently. Repeats himself, changes thoughts in mid-sentence, etc.

Saw him on David Letterman last week. He comes across with the attitude, "but what do I know?" For instance, I ask this question and this question, and I come up with this and this, but what do I know? He's a Big Fat Sly Idiot............................
