Well if made in the USA was your deciding factor, you lucked imo, because TREK OCLV carbon technology is the best in the world, bar none, imho---if you are looking for a carbon bike.

Yes, I got a Trek but not an OCLV, as it was my first road bike and I was not sure I would like road riding as much as I do. I have a Trek Y-22 OCLV mountain bike and it still rides like a charm after years of beating it. Hopefully, the OCLV road bike will be an upgrade a few years hence:-)

OCLV is the best technology in the world, but even the aluminim frames made by Trek are far superior to those made in China IMO.
