Maybe this is just a way for them to reach the "economic" amount of production for them -- rev == price x qty, right?? Sometimes you can reduce the qty by %p and the price goes up by %q, q > p??-- if they are thinking the world market is constrained -- otherwise it is pretty dumb -- just steal the company from shareholders and keep production going
