9/11 report said that Al Qaeda has been severely damaged or something like similar and Saddam, well we know about him. No thanks to any liberal pinkos, that's for sure.

"Iraq has exchanged Hussein for al Qaeda."

This is a dishonest assesment, and therefor not a serious point. Let me make it more accurate for you. The U.S. lead has coalition removed the rgime of Saddam Hussein (carrying out the U.S. policy developed under Clinton) and replaced it with a sovriegn interim government that will lead to a democratically elected government that assures rights to minorities and woman. This new government has pledged to track down Al Quid and other terrorist and anti Iraqi groups and kill them. You can see the difference, can't you?

"Is that a good trade for US interests?"

Your dishonest contention that Al Quida now runs Iraq (and that Iraqis have chosen this) would not be good. Fortunately it is just a dishonest negative assesment by someone who can't seem to see the good in anything. A prosperous democracy in the middle east would be the best thing imaginable for the middle east, America, and the entire world. Unfortunatly many people (like yourself) either do not want that, or prejudiciacly feel that arabs are not capable of handling freedom and democracy. Creepy.
