If you really have to flex your muscles, the priorities are straightforward. North Korea and Iran should have been dealt with before Iraq. Also strong arming Pakistan into rollback of their nuclear programs followed by getting India and China to follow suit. Before all these, terrorist hunting and sniping. Taking them down one at a time (or many at a time) and engaging countries politically will yield so much more results at a much cheaper price than currently.
