Bush is trying to copy Kerry's foreign policy this month. Apparently Karl Rove must have told Bush he was on the wrong track and that Kerry was going to win if Bush didn't flipflop and adopt his policies. It's the same thing Bush did flipflopping to promise AIDS relief after he'd fought against it for two years. Bush has a habit of pretending he's a democrat every election season. Not very convincing though. Watch Bush start talking about "compassion" next. As if he has any.
