Years ago I defended a retail store against
a wrongful death action filed by a pro per plaintiff who
was suing for her own death.

She had been detained on suspected shoplifting and
alleged that while being so detained she "literally died."

We had a case filed in federal court of all places
where the pro per plaintiff included the Governor
and all kinds of state officials as well
as our client on a claim relating to repair of his car by a body shop.

Over the years I've received faxes from people looking for
counsel who claim that the government is after them,
they're being followed, they are hiding a secret for which they may be killed, etc.

My overall perspective is that anyone who has a legitimate
case can generally find an attorney to handle it.

When the claims appear far-fetched, and the person is
unrepresented, that tells you something.

Just my 2 cents.

Zonkie. That IS a strange story and if true the guilty parties should be in jail.

Like I said in this post...." Right you are. Heartless crooked politicians
