We all know that there are many passions that can be felt by human beings. Some are productive passions, and some are destructive passions. Passions can evolve into zeal, which is a passions gone berserk. Each, and every, religious group, has been taught, almost from birth, that their spiritual beliefs are the only ones that are right. All religious tenets are guilty of one level of intolerance, or another. Some followers of a specific religious group, fall into the extreme category of zeal, that is so strong, it become fanaticism. Anything that is fanatic, can become radical, and lose all sense of reality. Radical thinking leads to hatred of those that do not believe as the radical person. Hatred is the most destructive emotion any human can have, but hatred is blinding, and the emoter cannot see the forest for the trees, and forges blindly ahead in to a bitter crusade of hate. Really, people like emile, should be pitied, because he is a prisoner of hatred, which is a harsh master, but his rantings can make a person lose his temper at times. Many of these Christian fanatics come to believe that the entire Jewish community is responsible for the crucifixion of Jesus, and that the sins of the father become the sins of the sons. That's really stupid, but it happens. Each individual commits his own sins, and is not responsible for the sins of another. These fanatical people, seem to have forgotten that the disciples of Jesus, were Jews, and the first Christians. They ignore the fact that the decision to crucify Jesus, was decided by the Sanhedrin, which was made of men that called themselves Jews, but were more interested in controlling the Jewish population as governors, than worship in that faith. Even they didn't have the cojones to do the job themselves, but foisted it off on the Romans. These radical Christians, also forget the most important point of the life of Jesus on earth. He told his disciples, in no uncertain terms, that He was alive to take on the sins of mankind, by being crucified, and being resurrected. Therefore, regardless of who was responsible for the crucifixion, it was pre-ordained by God, Himself. With the direction that Earth's society is going now, there will be no religion in a couple of hundred years, if mankind even lasts that long. Mankind is on a course of self destruction, which they may not be able to stop.
