re: You can't point to a Bush campaign ad that misrepresnents anything about Kerry. There are, unfortunately, Kerry ads making misrepresentations.

>Would you care to provide examples of some of the "points" you agree with? And have you researched those points to be sure they weren't lies?

Yes.

1. Bush is no "common man"
2. This war sucks
3. This is a fearmongering administration
4. Fishy s**t went on during the 2000 elections

>You can't point to a Bush campaign ad that misrepresnents anything about Kerry.

B.S. -- Two examples quickly come to mind: Kerry examined the possibility of a 50-cent gas tax in 1994, and Bush campaign ads seem to claim that a Kerry campaign would mean a 50-cent gas tax. Personally, I wish that were the case -- but it's unlikely. Second, "Kerry voted to raise taxes _______ times". When the Bush commercials used that number, they were including times when he voted against tax cuts and multiple items in the same bill.

>Your statement is merely a rationalization anyway. The Moore film is heralded as a "documentary". In fact, it is a work of fiction -- made altogether worse by the fact that some would have us believe it *IS* a documentary.

It's not fiction, but it is exaggeration. Sometimes, the line between the two is blurry, but I'm fine with the movie.
