/johnster- it took me about two minutes to find several postings of it. i searched google under "images"... i used "pogo" as the keyword. here's a color version but it's only the second frame: lambiek.net I could have sworn it first appeared in the 1950s, not Earth Day 1971. i also thought there was an earlier version that had to do with a topic other than the environment. and i thought pogo was in that wooden rowboat when he said it and he was talking to the alligator character. maybe just faulty memory wiring on my part. hope you're feeling better as the healing process goes on. i think about you often. live large. -dustman
