"my comments to be validated by events on the ground in Iraq... as they REJECTED Jordanian offers to contribute troops --- much as I predicted:"

A) How do these comments predict that Iraqis will reject Jordanian offer for troops?

"Turkey --- will want to support the Turkmen... Kurds will oppose.

Syria --- will want to support the Sunni in the Sunni Triangle... Shia will oppose.

Iran --- will be there to support the Shia... all the others will oppose."

B) Why do you view and Arab nation offering to help negatively, whether the offer is accepted or not?

The answer appears to be that you THINK NEGATIVELY. Prediciting the event would have been saying "I bet the Iraqis reject the offer". Just so you kow what predicting means.

"``We welcome the support of Arab and Islamic countries"

and

"But Zebari welcomed an offer by Yemen, which does not share a border with Iraq, to send peacekeeping troops provided"

Sound pretty positive to me Buddy. Two Arab nations have now offered to send troops. And you brag of a "prediction" that you never made. LOL.
