"Turkey --- will want to support the Turkmen... Kurds will oppose. Syria --- will want to support the Sunni in the Sunni Triangle... Shia will oppose. Iran --- will be there to support the Shia... all the others will oppose." B) Why do you view and Arab nation offering to help negatively, whether the offer is accepted or not? The answer appears to be that you THINK NEGATIVELY. Prediciting the event would have been saying "I bet the Iraqis reject the offer". Just so you kow what predicting means.
