(Serious) Your comment about needing experience is so incredibly true. During this downturn, we leaned heavily on experienced people. And will always do so. I don't think boomers fully appreciate the high value they have and give with their experience. At the risk of generalizing, the boomers I know were a lot more mature and calmer about the downturn - at least compared to me. The thought of boomers retiring is a creepy one. What if we mess up? What if we're wrong? Who would we go to for advice? I'd prefer if the boomers didn't retire. That level of experience is really needed in the industry.
