As TX dries out PTEN will be putting more rigs to work. They have a lot of rigs down there and the pent -up demand will show itself next couple of weeks ---PTEN has lagged the OSX and just a matter of time before increases in dayrates are more publicized --and the recognition of the leverage PTEN and NBR and GW have. Those companies buying reserves ( e.g. MHR) are going to have to increase drilling activity. Frank
