I think he has about the limit of intelligence of his dog and most liberals.
No doubt he(the dog) attended a liberal school. They are known for turning out the uneducated, suck off from the government idiots. Read Berkley, et al. Incidentally, I wonder if he graduated with his dog, or did he fail?
