Well, as I have reported before, I have friends in intelligence who have spent much time in Iraq. They have painted a picture for me far different then ANYTHING the media paints, only FOX even ATTEMPTS to tell the truth. Why the media wants to spread gloom and doom is beyond me, I guess they think that sells. jdn

John Kerry on his own-and running to the center as candidates in the past have done, might have managed 35% of the popular vote. (Not that he's secretly honest or pro-American. He just has both the advice, and political instinct, to know he not running in the Peoples' Republic of Massachusetts this time.)

But the media (more so than Ralph Nader) will PREVENT him from abandoning the poison left. They'll crucify him (in a SECULAR way, of course) if they see it start to happen. Kerry thus is trapped into being the candidate of the left wing anti-American media whether he thinks it wise or not (He just has NO WHERE else to go.) And, symbolized as such, he will make Gray Davis-2003-look like a winner by comparison...
