So Rice admitted Saddam was no real threat.
But a year later she tells us Saddam can drop an A bomb on us. A national security advisor who never mentioned terrorism the entire nine months prior to 9-11. It wasn't even in her planned speech on 9-11. No mention of Al Qaida as a threat whatsoever. meanwhile Kerry was warning about it 1999-2001.

Of course, that is at odds with what Richard Clarke and O'Neill wrote in their books. They said the administration was obsessed with Saddam and wanted to take him out immediately. Go figure.
