If only the new home builders will disclose what percentage of the orders they have under contract are from buyers in similar situations?

Sure, they will all say that they got a large deposit and large parts of the deposits will not be refundable and they have waiting list of buyers and they will even raise the price to the next buyer.

Of course, this is all true until it is not. Now what do they do with their recent land acquisitions, acquired at bubble prices?
