if cisco truly recovers as a growth company, which is what a real recovery for cisco should entail because after all internet infrastructure is hardly mature with no fttp and vod or any of the real killer apps we have been waiting for for years, then cisco stock should recover and act like a growth stock with a bunch of volitility/speculation built in. I doubt that happens, I think cisco trades like a mature company which it isn't, but as far as the street is concerned it is, because this entire industry has moved offshore. We'll see soon enough.
