I think indisputably the top 100% got all the benefits!<G> Really, it's political season, I wouldn't take TM so literally. The very wealthy in America DO benefit more from the tax code than the rest of us - this was so before Bush, and is much more so after the Bush tax cuts. I'm not going to transcribe the excellent book I cited that makes this case. You can read it yourself. As Warren Buffet says, "If there's class warfare in America, my class is winning!"
