Now after what must have been huge arm twisting Nato agrees to train some iraqi policemen - hardly a ringing endorsment for the war from the UN.

NATO agreed to train some Iraqi policemen .... as long as it wasn't in Iraq. The Iraqis have to go to a NATO country to be trained.
