" I take it that you agree with the Lying Censoring Chinus that a lie for john kerry is a moral thing to do! ".. Certainly not moral...since when has the Bush admin. invoked morality as a means to an end,except when all the supposedly real reasons have been debunked? They have done just the opposite, in fact, and without the means to effectively countercheck these aberrations , with the press being driven by a " don't ask - Don't tell " persona , they have little choice but to flood the swamp. Many of these aberrations then become irrelevant , and this admin. has to begin concentrating on what they have in mind for the next four years. Right now they are expending most of their energy trying to stop the bleeding they have caused in the past four years. What makes anyone believe that this admin. will suddenly get something right after November? The re-(s)election of the incumbent is always based on his past performance. The Reps. are saying that's unfair , and they want to know what Kerry will do to solve the issues. They should start asking what indeed the Reps. plan on doing to solve the issues.They seem to be winging it , with predictable results voiced by those who have the intelligence and moral compass to evaluate before acting. Acting on issues, or non-issues for that matter ,for the simple cause of doing " something " is barnyard thinking. Shoot all the animals because one has hoof and mouth. Destroy all the crops because a weed has taken root in one part of the field. No real strategy, with little if any forethought given to the implications of actions. Drain the swamp,the neocons demand, regardless of the fact that there is both good and bad living together in that swamp. It's one size fits all.. Damn the torpedoes... With us or agin us.. And some have the temerity to call this leadership? " Well killer clown - we now have another admission - like the one from the Lying Censoring Chinus - that the debate has no holds barred. "... " Too bad we can't even debate here on the internet on a thread visited by few. "... The internet has merely become an extension of this freak show called politics these days.One can provide all the information and thoughtful reasoning they want , only to be deemed an anti -American Bush hater. The time for debate is over. The Democrats won. Now Americans vote in November , most already having decided they don't want four more years of this freak show in the White House. KC
