That's pretty spiffy, though I would like to see someone go to jail. I was involved in the tax shelter battles in the late eighties, it was amazing some of the crap people pulled. The accounting firms have very unclean hands ... I've seen some clean opinion letters from them on stuff that smelled to high heaven. Arthur Anderson was destroyed because it screwed Enron investors and employees ... I wouldn't mind seeing one of the others suffer the same fate for screwing the American taxpayer.
