Is every damned thing about winning and losing with you? Did it ever occur to you that there might be some interesting legal principles worth pondering in the abstract? Sheesh!

What amazes me is the fuss being made over who Cheney talked to. 3 years in the courts? Not one word about disagreeing with the policy. The policy is more important than who added input. Then again the Sierra Club is mad because only 16 of their 17 suggestions are in the policy.
